What we do
The Agency leads Hungary’s digital progress by implementing future-proof, customer-centric digital public services and robust IT infrastructure. Our goal is to foster transparent, secure, and user-friendly e-government for all, supporting the digital growth of Hungary and the competitiveness of its ICT sector.

Our Subsidiaries
- Idomsoft IT Zrt: A leading developer and operator of nationwide, high‑security government IT systems, including secure identity and document issuance platforms and complex central registers, complemented by consulting, systems design and operations, servicing, and contributions to the Digital Citizenship Program.
- Digital Government Development and Project Management Kft: A specialized partner for planning, monitoring, and supporting execution of e‑government, IT, and infocommunications infrastructure developments, participating as consortium leader or member across 2021–2027 EU‑funded digital projects, and defining project requirements, methodologies, and training.
- NISZ National Infocommunications Service Zrt: The state’s full‑scope infocommunications provider operating the National Telecommunications Backbone and Central System, covering the e‑government backbone, government portal, customer information center, and the delivery and operation of related public digital services.
- Pro-M Professional Mobile Radio and Network Provider Zrt: Hungary’s government‑purpose communications provider operating and evolving the Unified Digital Radio Network (EDR) for emergency and defense management organizations, and a strategic emergency communications partner for critical infrastructures, high‑threshold hazardous sites, and major national service providers, while participating in the 5G Coalition.
- Digital Data Transaction Center Kft: A national key service provider operating supervisory and data‑security solutions, including real‑time tax data processing for food and beverage vending machines, the Üvegkapu construction‑sector transparency system, MTÜ tourism data encryption, and anonymization tools for the reuse of national data assets.
